This project was a multifaceted remodel of a 2,245 square foot home. The client desired a contemporary design with mid-century modern touches, emphasizing simplicity, clean lines, and an atmosphere that will put you at ease.

Key project details included new flooring throughout the house, a new primary bathroom featuring deep blue floral wallpaper and black slate flooring, remodeling of the existing social bathroom and the laundry room, relocation of the kitchen to face the backyard creating an open layout, a dining room with sliding glass doors leading to the backyard, and an exterior extension.

The client's design style was described as "clean, and relaxed" with a preference for avoiding overly ornate details. We successfully captured their desired style, creating a cohesive and harmonious design that complements the home's structure.
