Oak Knoll Avenue
PRIMARY BATH REMODEL AIMED TO RECONFIGURE THE LAYOUT FOR BETTER FLOW AND ACCESS FOR AGING-IN-PLACE
This project focused on remodeling an existing primary en suite using all-natural materials, ensuring cohesion with the residence's native Mexican design. The remodel included a damless or roll-in shower with new tile floors, natural zellige wall tiles, updated plumbing fixtures including a copper sink, and maintaining existing architectural elements where possible.
Traditional Mexican tile patterns and colors, handcrafted fixtures and decor, and a color palette complementing the existing residence were also incorporated. The project goal was to remodel the space using natural materials while ensuring it fit seamlessly with the home's existing design.
